A Life of Impact
The founder of Sahodari Foundation, Kalki Subramaniam is an artist, activist, actor, and writer who is also a transgender woman. She serves as a Member of the National Council of Trans Persons (NCTP).
Her contribution to the verdict and recognition of transgender identity by the Supreme Court of India in 2014 is immense and noteworthy.
An early Blogger and Youtuber since 2006, her knowledge has been put to great use for the empowerment of an entire community. She offers workshops through the Thoorikai Project which she launched in 2017.
