Members and trustees of our foundation are all Transgenders and gender non confirming people.

All human beings have the right to define their own gender identity; express their gender identity; secure and retain employment and receive just compensation; control and change one’s own body; enjoy competent medical and professional care; sexual expression; form committed, loving relationships and enter into marital contracts; and conceive, bear and adopt children and exercise parental capacity.

The Foundation's main objectives include the following:

  1. To promote social, political, and economic equity and campaign for civil and legal rights of Transgenders.
  1. To work for establishing social, economic, and environmental justice for Transgenders and gender non-confirming people and to eliminate oppression and exclusion based on such factors as race, ethnicity, gender, class, religion, legal status, sexual orientation, age, and disability.
  1. To prohibit discrimination based on "gender identity or expression" and ensure that the entire range of transgender and gender non-conforming people are protected.
  1. To create awareness about the need for respect, dignified life and acceptance of the Transgendered community in the society through advocacy programmes.
  1. To create Employment opportunities and promote Entrepreneurship development among Transgenders.
  1. To hold conferences, seminars, symposia, workshops, and other meetings and dissemination of information for the public in general, and University/College students in particular, for non-discrimination and acceptance of Transgenders.
  1. To publish websites, journals, newsletters and other periodicals and also develop audio-visual materials about Transgenders and promote them in the mainstream society.
  1. To ensure Transgender youth participation in Rights and Equality Issues, Women Empowerment, Environmental Issues,  Gender Issues, Micro Finances and Self Help Groups.
  1. To offer support to talented young Transgendered students through scholarships and sponsoring study material and tuition fees.
  1. To support the community through counseling and help
